Passing Prop. 8 required the largest grassroots effort in the history of California. To make this great effort a reality, we enlisted the help of hundreds of thousands of volunteers. Since Prop. 8 became law, ProtectMarriage.com has continued its work by defending the lawsuit attempting to overturn Propostion 8 through the Proposition 8 Legal Defense Fund, by educating the public on the issues through the ProtectMarriage.com Education Foundation, and by supporting community leaders in developing grass roots support and training through the ProtectMarriage Action Fund.
