Proposition 8 has been under full legal assault in both state and federal courts by homosexual activists seeking to overturn it since the day it passed. The Proposition 8 Legal Defense Fund has already scored a major victory in state court, when the California Supreme Court upheld Proposition 8 as properly adopted by the voters.
But that was just the first attack. Now, in the Perry v. Schwarzenegger case in federal courts, pro-homosexual marriage activists seek not only to overturn Proposition 8 but, by implication, every state’s laws as well as the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).
