Yesterday’s townhall meeting in Los Angeles was a huge success, drawing 150+ YES on 8 supporters! This is not unlike our other townhalls, which have proved that no matter what part of the state we are in, we have a strong base of supporters ready to help us in the fight to protect marriage.
Our speakers, of various faith-based backgrounds, stood together to show the good people of Los Angeles, that our cause is one and the same. They energized volunteers and armed them with the info they need to help pass Prop. 8. Those in attendance left with a renewed sense of commitment, they pledged to recruit new volunteers and to spread the word about the importance of passing Prop. 8.
